What is Masar?
Masar is a connected platform for managing nurseries and early-years centres. It brings children, families, learning, attendance, daily operations, communication, staff, finance and reporting into one operating picture.
Does Masar support Arabic and English?
Yes. Arabic and English are supported across the relevant portal and mobile experiences, notifications, reports, templates and documents, with right-to-left behaviour for Arabic.
How do staff, teachers and parents access Masar?
Administrative and operational teams use the web portal. Teachers and parents use focused mobile experiences, with access controlled by role, assigned classes and linked children.
Are all modules included?
Yes, commercially: every Masar Core module belongs to the same package at every active-enrolment tier. This does not mean every capability is live today; current availability, preview access and configuration are confirmed during discovery and in your proposal.
Can existing records be moved into Masar?
Current onboarding uses structured, assisted setup. Batch import is planned but not currently available; we review your source data and agree the practical setup approach during onboarding.
