How the monthly model works.
The commercial model is simple; the wording should be too.
How is the monthly subscription calculated?
The number of children with an active enrolment at calendar month-end determines one tier. That tier’s per-child rate applies to every counted child for the completed month; it is not split progressively across tiers.
What counts as an active enrolment?
A child is counted once when both the child record and an active enrolment are not archived and that enrolment covers the calendar month-end date. Waiting-list, withdrawn, inactive, archived and out-of-period enrolments are excluded.
Where is the QAR per-child rate?
The band finder identifies your commercial band without publishing an unapproved monetary rate. Your QAR per-child rate and commercial terms are finalised in a tailored proposal before you commit.
Are features different between bands?
No. Every band uses the same Masar Core commercial package. The band changes the per-child rate, while current availability, preview access and configuration follow the rollout confirmed in your proposal.
What other charges should we plan for?
A one-time QAR 499 setup fee applies. Third-party payment-processing, banking and provider fees are separate and are normally paid by the customer. Any bespoke work requires an agreed scope and price.
